This means that they can only be opened as root. As a regular user you are forced to use a port greater than 1024. Just use any other value &gt; 1024, then it works. Regardless of rights, etc. Unfortunately, there is a problem on the Mac when changing the port from the GUI. Therefore, chose a port &gt; 1024 in the register file &#8218;picapport.properties&#8216;.
